Our orders are processed and shipped daily, Monday to Thursday , with 90% dispatched by our carrier Australia Post within 24 -48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it.
Once your order is picked and packed, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.
For Missing, late or damaged items:
Under Australian Consumer Law, you can seek compensation for lost or damaged parcels through Australia Post. When you call, be sure to request to speak with a Team Leader in the Australian Consumer Law Team and mention that you want to make a claim for compensation.
While Australia Post may refer you back to us as part of their process, directing your request to the ACL team will help resolve your issue more effectively. We believe it’s fair for Australia Post to compensate for any delays, damages, or lost parcels, as it’s a shared responsibility,
